we had a great experience at Sonesta. the customer service was excellent, and the place was really clean. we enjoyed the complimentary drink and the superb environment. the luggage guy was top-notch, and the promptness in getting us to our rooms was fantastic. the location was great in proximity to downtown and everything.

I chose Sonesta for its ideal location near the Rugby Athletic Center, and the complimentary shuttle service to the airport was a pleasant surprise. The Birch Restaurant served delicious American cuisine, and the amenities, including a terrace and complimentary wireless Internet access, were impressive.

The lobby had a professional and welcoming vibe, and the room was clean with a spacious layout. Great insulation, no noise from other rooms.
Felt right at home here, nothing to complain about.
